Delivery:

Delivery is on working days from 09:00 to 18:00, on Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00.
Delivery is free for orders over UAH 50,000 regardless of the quantity of goods.

Delivery across Ukraine:

At the request of the customer, we can send the order to other cities of Ukraine with the help of third-party transport companies (Nova Poshta, Delivery, Intime, Autolux, etc.).
The cost of the carrier's services is paid by the customer separately when receiving the goods.
The specific cost of delivery is calculated by transport companies depending on the weight and dimensions of the ordered goods.

Delivery abroad according to Incoterms 2020

Rules for any mode or modes of transportation:
EXW — Ex Works (indicating the place of delivery)
FCA — Free Carrier (indicating the place of delivery)
CPT — Carriage Paid To (indicating the place of delivery)
CIP — Carriage and Insurance Paid to (indicating the place of delivery)
DAP — Delivered at Place (indicating the place of delivery)
DPU — Delivered at Place Unloaded (indicating the place of delivery)
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid (indicating the place of delivery)

Guaranteed delivery of prepaid goods to another city.

After paying for the goods by non-cash payment, you will have documents confirming the payment in your hands: a statement from your account, etc.
If the delivery of the paid goods will not be carried out - you can contact the relevant authorities with these documents, for example, the society for the protection of consumer rights.
The proof of sending the goods from our side is the receipt of the transport company, which confirms that the goods were sent to you.
When you receive the goods at the office of the courier company, you sign the documents confirming your receipt of the goods.
The transport company is responsible for the delivery and integrity of the goods after shipment. All goods are inspected before being sent to another city.
When sending the product, it can be insured by the courier company, so you will have a guarantee of the integrity of the product.
